You, and me for that matter, are one of the million people leaving home every day. We don't consider the fact something might happen to us, which requires contact information for paramedics In Case of Emergency (ICE)!
That problem can easily be solved by putting the ICE sticker on your cell phone. You can obtain it at

2. Inform them.
3. Add contact info to phone.
