Search Smart, Not Hard
The house next door from us is up for sale. It's a nice little house and our oldest was very interested in buying it. We crunched some numbers to see how much of a
home loan she would be able to get, based on her income. She could have afforded it, but it would have been tight. She would have to pinch money wherever she could, so she decided to let it go for now.
We may want to reconsider though. There are so many lenders who offer
home loans and we may come across one who's rates are low enough for her to be able to both afford the house and still have a little financial breathing room.
It would only take a few minutes to fill out a form and be matched up instantly with 5 competing lenders for
home loans. That saves a lot of time searching the Internet and having to call around.
Since there are over 200 top lenders nationwide in the network, we can take it for granted to be matched up with the best and cheapest quotes and interest rates available for our daughter.
Who knows, we may have just have found our new neighbor. What a nice thought! :-)
