Vitamin B12

Although we have to be careful not to overdo with vitamins and supplements, they are essential for our body. There are times the variety in our food is lacking and a deficiency of especially B12 vitamins can occur.

I remember when I was in high school, one of the girls in my class was a vegetarian. She fell sick and later I heard she lacked vitamin B12 and had to have a shot to provide her with those necessary vitamins. It was a painful experience for her and she got a list of foods she needed to take in to prevent this from happening again.

Nowadays those vitamins come in pills and by putting one under your tongue to let it dissolve, it goes straight into the bloodstream. The pills consist of vitamin B12, B6 and folic acid.

Vitamin B protects against illnesses and conditions and occurs more often than one may think. It helps gastric bypass patients, and those with digestive and pancreatic disorders, as well as vegetarians and vegans.

Click here to get your own box of Trivita Sublingual B 12. It increases your energy level, improves your memory, protects against Alzheimer's and also reduces heart disease risk.

The fact that 10 million boxes already have been sold, says enough!
